There shouldn't have to be a crime committed before the law can do something about mentally disturbed people. Dylan Klebold, Eric Harris, Jared Loughner,Seung-Hui Cho and Adam Lanza among many others had mental health issues long before they committed their crimes. Let's get these people off our streets. We need better mental health laws then changing our gun laws.
