D.U.I. checkpoints are in direct violation of our constitutional rights and infringe upon the officers' sworn oath to uphold the constitution. The fourth amendment guaranties this that the people shall not be subject to unlawful searches and seizures. I am very concerned that allowing law enforcement to stop any vehicle for no suspicion of any crime is wrong. It is every citizens duty to question authority, and to change it if proved unlawful.
