We Need Free Government Health Care Clinics to Deter People From Going to Our Emergency Rooms

Obamacare is more about health insurance than it is about health care. It is like giving a starving person a free membership to Costco. The person needs food, not a discount. The poorest of this country need healthcare, not insurance. When a mother has to stretch her last twenty dollars to feed her kids for the next week, there isn't a copay low enough that will afford her the ability to visit a doctor. We need government sponsored clinics. Places to provide help for sick babies, broken fingers, strep throat, and all of the other small items that people are flooding our Emergency Rooms with. As long as people realize that a free visit to the ER is better than a co-pay in a doctors office ,(if you can get an appointment) that is where they are going to go. They need a free alternative.
