We need to get black men back to working status.

our young black and minority men need to get back to work.
I have two sons they are willing to work. they are losing jobs!.because of a background check! We need to get
young men back to work. When they have service their time
in jail,they paid for the offensive. Why are employer allow to
to go into their background and make them suffer all over a
gain. predisposing them to criminal activities again. Their private is being exposed they pay the time for the crime.
release them now. Some are still,troubled but a lot of young
black men want to get started again with a new direction. But, instead the have a tag (a record ). Employment is hard
to obtain but it's almost impossible for them. Wait for seven
years for criminal expungement is very hard. I just watched
one of my sons wait.
