I voted in Venezuela in the elections of april 2013. I observed serious fraude in the elections, because it is clear and visible that Henrique Capriles won the elections. The actual goverment does not want to cumply with our constitutional right to count votes and hurried to get Nicolas Maduro into office ahead of time. This violates our civil rights and is inconstitutional. We need help to get our right to democracy preserved in Venezuela! S.O.S.
