I feel the one issue president Obama has never addressed is the housing market crisis. He has offered mortgage relief assistance to residential properties, but not properties that are bought and rented out. This affects the landlords and well as the tenants. For those who have many investment residential properties that they rent out, and have excellent bill paying history, there should be some mortgage relief assistance to those landlords as well.
Families don't need banks coming after them, garnishing their wages, putting leans on people's homes. I'm asking for a program and i want it to be done on a case by case basis that will offer mortgage relief to families that own properties for rent.
