We need more protection for children; more regulatory laws to ensure that children are safe and in good hands.

The federal government allows some states to allow children 17 and under as little as 3 years old to have a tattoo. You might be thinking who in their right mind would tattoo a 3 yr old? Crazy people or gang members. There has been a rise in child abuse and nobody knows because we don't have some type of facility that parents have to report the well being of a child. They depend on us and they don't have any rights if u think about it, they are just kids. I hope that someone will understand this petition with their heart and defend all children in america.
