We have too many very dumb people in this country creating more dumb people. The movie Idiocracy is actually playing out in real life. We need to curb this trend and start testing people prior to allowing them to procreate. Our test scores are in free fall and each generation is worse off than the last. It's time for change! We have too many Lil Wayne's Snookie's, Justin Beibers, and Larry the Cable Guy's here in the US. It's Time for change! Support a national screening plan to prevent further generations of dullards here in America.
