We need a policy that can get Excons/Felons them back to work once they've change their lives to support their families.

I have seen a ton of men, women, boys and girls make a mistake in life. Most of the have learned from their mistakes. Not everyone who has done something continue on a distructive path. I am calling out to petitionfor the ones who have learned from those mistakes. But their past still haunts them. We the people need to stop judging others because of what history say about them. Give the excons/felons more than a chance to get off the streets and get back to work. no one can make a living on minium wadge at $7.00/hr and pay bills because they have something on their background 15 years ago, or even had a decent paying job and got laid off because of it. The people can not grow in this way. The way the country ran pertaining to background checks on a job is too hard for those who have grown
