Using Detroit as an example, we need to prohibit any public employee retirement funds from investing in any state, county, and city investment vehicles of any sort. this will protect the retired personnel. They have worked and provided the services and have meet the demands of the job usually at less renumeration than their counterparts in the private sector. They have earned their retirement only to have it stollen by the courts and the mismanagement of the city. Retiree's should not bear the burden.
