29th Amendment
Federal senators and house representatives will be randomly selected for office through a third party government organization, the selective service system, overseen by the FEC and open to the public for all record keeping and elections. The selective service system will submit and run a system in which United States citizens and persons of their respective territories can submit for public service and apply to be appointed to congress to represent their state or district. Senators and house representatives must meet all the requirements of article 1 section 2 & section 3 as well as requirements and training set forth by the selective service system before a person can accept the position in congress. A true representation of the American people.
