Needs to be an automatic ban on all travel to and from the united states for any country experiencing a deadly heath epidemic that a 100 percent known cure for is not already available and in the CDC's possession. Example of a current non 100 percent curable disease would be ebola or SARS. Only health care workers properly trained and equipped currently working on the epidemic would qualify for an exemption to the travel ban. No personal, press or business travel exemptions ever during the outbreak should be granted that would endanger one american life...
