We need to stop minors that are sexual offenders from offending a second time. Let's protect the minor that are victims

On January 28,2014 my son was raped he was 7 years old at the time of act. This sex offender was 15 the law protected him because he is a minor. My son has been tested for std and had too take pictures of his private area by a doctor. Today kids get away with too much because they know they can because they are minor's. I strongly feel we have to many sexual offenders we need to make sure they go on Megan's law and have this on their record to warn all the other people with young kids so they can protect them. People assume since my son is still young he will work on this through counseling and it won't affect him when he get's older. I strongly believe if he sees justice in the system as far as knowing this kid got punished that it won't happen again it will help his progress.
