My petition is for all kids that have been molested or raped or for parents fighting for their kids. On January 28,2014 I had a son who was 7 at that moment who got raped by a kid who was 15 years old. I fought for my child by going to the courts. My son was having to be tested for std and the police sent us to a doctor so they can take pictures too. When I went to court all they were willing to do was send him to a group home for 6 months or a year. I am sorry I believe at 15 you know what you are doing. Anything after 13 you should be charged as an adult. I think you should be on Megan's law and should have this on your record. We protect minor's but we should protect the victim that were minor's. If we let these minors get away with certain acts what will happen when they get older?
