We need too allow ex convicts more resources

Hi my name is joe let me start by atleast saying we all make some kind of mistakes in life some are worse then others back 18 years ago I had made several mistakes I got tied up in two incidents and catched a felony and a misdemeanor truthfully it changed my life and still does everyday for example I was 20 on my last conviction and I was about 18-19 on my first misdemeanor conviction now I never served any jail time for either charge but now im 29 years old finally settled down have a wonderful fiancee and we have two beautiful little girls (18 month old,and a newborn a couple weeks old) my past makes it so hard to provide for my family financially cause of my background checks I can't even apply for housing there's no opportunity for us felonies we can change and turn our lifes around
