We The Undersigned of The United States of America hereby Abolish The Environmental Protection Agency in which The United States Congress has no authority to legislate the environment under Article I. Section 8. We believe We are covered under The Bill of Rights Tenth Amendment of The United States Constitution to take care of our own environment.
