We the People and as Citizens of the United States of America(USA), Would like to reinstate torture as a CIA Weapon.

As citizens of the United States of America it might not seem to affect, however it does. In lots of bad cases in the past torture did not get us far but it did give us something. Main reasons for Torture is to deal with terrorist. There are lots of trained Specialist out there in the world that will not give any information out. How ever that is what Torture is for. Torture breaks the very soul of a person to control what they do. There are lots of bad ways to use torture, but as the rest of the world knows, America has never gone wrong and it won't start now. It can also help for military rights to, to get information, to get what we want or need. So, We the People of the United States of America and the world, Would like to reinstate Torture as a CIA weapon.
