We the people are fed up with the disparity between congress and common citizen and want to equalize and have true rep

We the people desire to eliminate the disparity between congressional priviledge and the common citizen.
Since typical corporations have eliminated perpetual health care after retirement, retirement / pension plans, we expect congress to have to suffer the same as the standard US citizen by elimination of health care benefits after retirement.
Furthermore, we desire that any congressional pay increases MUST be approved by the people by populus vote.
