We the people are petitioning the U.S.Government to ABOLISH the so called FREE OBAMA CELL PHONE PROGRAM.

We the people are sick and tired on yet the sneaky way the federal government has yet to make U.S.Taxpayers pay for the OBAMA CELL PHONE PROGRAM... This is where the money comes from that flips the bill for OBAMAS so called FREE CELL PHONE PRGRAM....... WE PAY for it and HE GETS THE CREDIT..... and I quote " The money actually comes from a small fee added to most peoples monthly phone bills, called the Universal Service Fund fee. ................ So therefore the people of the U.S. are sick and tired of having yet another added cost to our cell phone and home phone bills that we receive every month........ PLEASE KILL THIS PROGRAM..... and put our money to good use...... I for a fact know an individual that has 5 of these free cell phones that he uses every month. KILL THIS PROGRAM .....
