We the people are requesting better enforced regulations on all government issued entitlements. Regulations should include the following: drug testing every other week and random drug testing, must be submitting 3 job applications per week, be registered at a Workforce Solutions, show valid photo identification, have a time limit of 6 months, submit to a Department and Family Protective Services background check and criminal background check. Investigate and verify the information submitted by the applicants. Positive drug test, can result in being sanctioned, enforcing a 3 strike rule. Getting arrested with a charged disposition, while receiving entitlements and failure to comply with any of the above stated regulations, will result in termination of government issued entitlements.
