President D.T must be impeached due to his remarks, and MANY ongoing and past legal battles. Presidents must be free of racism, prejudice, and misconduct in order to lead, and represent a diverse country. A president who shows tolerance, and cultural sensitivity to the public. A president opposite from this, creates fear towards the public. Terrorism is defined "as the use of violence and intimidation in the pursuit of political aims." He mentioned banning all Muslims, because of their religion. His remark of mass deportation, (even if born here) creates fear. He also stated "grab em by the pussy." He is encouraging hate, towards everyone including LGBTQ and woman's culture. The court's duty to keep the peace and protect the 1st and 14th amendment.
