We the people ask to the 44th POTUS Barack Obama to follow the example of the 6th POTUS John Quincy Adams and run for the House of Representatives in 2018 for the Illinois District 1
There is no constitutional impediment for an ex-president to serve in another position of popular election.
With the 44th POTUS running for the House of representatives, the opposition party can actually win the floor and have some sort of balance in the government.
President John Quincy Adams was a real influence on some important issues on his time in congress and we believe that President Obama could do the same
