Pursuant to the definition of a Terroist Organization, 18 U.S.C. § 2331, the Anti-Trump Organization violates all three characteristics. This group has specifically targeted Americans who support Donald J. Trump with violent acts solely for the purpose of intimidation. Additionally, their violence and intimidation is their means to affect the conduct of our governments electoral process.
This group has taken away the constitutional right for Trump supporters, as all Americans, to move about freely without fearing violent acts against their persons or property. They use social media as well, to intimidate the Trump voters and encourage other anti-Trump supporters to perpetrate violence against us.
We will no longer sit quietly and be abused.
