We are asking that the out of county tuition fees be waived for people who live in surrounding counties where colleges are located and do not have a college in their own county. We should not have to pay extra because we are wanting to further our education just because we do not have a college where we live. I understand if you live in a county where there is a college but you choose to go to college in another county you should have to pay the out of county fees. We are already having to pay more for transportation to get there and wear and tear on our vehicles just because we do not have one available. By helping reduce what it cost for us to go to college would help more people be able to afford it.
