AS southern boarder is porous, and need of more persons, dismantling the Unnecessary B.A.T.F. would give much needed already trained personal on the southern boarder, to help stop the flow of illegal drugs, trafficking of humans, and illegal immigrants, and may stop any possible terrorist groups crossing the boarder, while also putting all funds from the B.A.T.F. to same ABOVE purpose, allows states to put funds used in previous statement towards its own needs, and halts the B.A.T.F. from stomping on law abiding gun owners 2nd amendment rights to purchase, and own legal handguns, ammo, rifles.
