With four elections in American history where the popular vote has lost to the Electoral College vote, (1876 with Rutherford B. Hayes winning 47.9% of the popular vote to Samuel J. Tilden's 50.9%, 1888 with Benjamin Harrison beating Grover Cleveland at a difference of 47.8% to 48.6%, 2000 with George W. Bush Beating Al Gore with a difference of 47.9% to 48.4%, and finally this years 2016 election between Donald J. Trump and Hilary Clinton with the difference of 47% to 48%) It is finally time to abolish this outdated and clearly flawed system of voting that takes the power away from the people. With an error rate of 7%, this is not how presidential elections should be covered.
