The circumstances are urgent, our son, Jimmy, has a high risk of dying. Jimmy was tortured, suffocated and strangled with a plastic bag by Japan military doctors -when 11yrs old. From 2011, State Dept. officers’ have refused to help or protect him. We are denied police investigation, Justice, and access to the media. The U.S. State Dept. Officers deliberate indifference to our pleas for help recklessly put his life in danger (deliberately starved until his hip bone popped out, and ribcage collapsed), which enabled violations to remain hidden and to worsen into the severe persecution of our family and deprivation of our human rights. Our livelihood and U.S. business were allowed to be destroyed by Japan public corruption -elevated to “Crimes against Humanity” damaging U.S. national security
