We the people of the United States hereby charge the members of the Congress and Senate to review and change the current Electoral College system. The current system does not reflect the will of the people of the United States as a democracy, resulting in the Electoral College selecting two presidents who have not had the popular vote. We the people suggest that proportional electoral votes be given by states that reflect the votes of the people or that the electoral college is simply removed in favor for election by popular vote.
