Please stop the unjust and unconstitutional imposed regulations placed on Vaping products in the United States. The FDA is claiming the vaping community is using a tobacco product and is forcing upon its businesses and users the same required licenses and taxes that apply to tobacco. What they are failing to inform you of is that nicotine can also be taken from most plants in the Solanaceae (Nightshade) family. These include Green and Black Teas, Potatoes, Tomatoes, Eggplant, and Green Peppers. The fact they are forcing the vaping businesses to accept their product is the same as tobacco is unjust as the FDA has no way to prove the nicotine in vapor came from tobacco. Please stop this injustice before it costs more Americans their jobs, their freedom to choose, and their health!
