With the recent outcry from Liberals over President elects Donald Trump's recent win, there have been plenty of petitions and riots to abolish the Electoral College. We ask the Government to leave the system that has proudly elected many great presidents before our generation alone so it may still be used in future elections to come. If voting was decided by direct election, New York, and California would be the only states that anyone would campaign in for they hold 50% of the population. The Electoral College is the only thing that keeps the wants of the other 48 states valid.
