We the people ask the federal government to Call on Congress to act on an issue:

We the People ask the federal government to address erroneous drug scheduling and review the schedule of Cannabis.

Created by B.K. on September 10, 2016

Our Country is currently facing a crisis - heroin is on the rise due to the pill mills being shutdown in Florida and lenient States. The response of the DEA is to now make Kratom illegal. This is a substance said to help Opiate addicts get off of Heroin and such drugs related in the opioid class of drugs. We want truth in the matter of prohibition. Cannabis is a safer alternative yet the laws state it is deadly and without medical properties. The erroneous scheduling of safer alternatives is a direct offense against Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness a well-known phrase in the United States Declaration of Independence. These are Un-alienable rights and a direct threat to Democracy, our Country, and all others that have been founded on its core principals.
