The government has "acknowledge[d] an extraterrestrial presence engaging the human race" on September 22, 2011, this is a only a modest step. We the human race need to know and be prepared for what lies beyond the stars. Knowledge is power and this will guide us to unite as a species and turn to matters in critical need of our attention. We do not ask but demand that all knowledge pertaining to the existence of extraterrestrials, be it microbial or intelligent, be released to the American public. By signing this petition, We also agree to accept the consequences of this action, for our society will take on a drastic metamorphosis once all data is distributed amongst the people.
