We the People ask the federal government to tell us what they are doing about full federal marijuana legalization

This is an important issue a majority of the People agree Marijuana should be legal this includes celebrities, doctors, and former presidents. To say Marijuana is a hazardous drug is far from the truth tobacco and alcohol kill people on a daily basis and yet it remains legal, but a medicinal plant with many healing properties is illegal I feel as though the true reason this remains illegal is due to the fact the government being unable to tax it. It helps chronic pain, PTSD, depression, seizures, and many more illness' both physical and mental. So if you agree with me make the government tell us why they feel it's so dangerous, why they don't wish to move it from Schedule I, while poisons like meth and heroin remain a Schedule II.
