We the People ask the federal government to uphold the law against those who wilfully destroy the American flag.

There are laws protecting this nations flag. There are other ways other than destroying the flag to protest. Those whom destroy this nations flag destroys the fight this country suffered to be where it is today. This should be considered an act of terrorism and an attack on this great nation's military, the men and women who have and continue to serve. This should be considered an attack on freedom... and their own right to protest. We ask that you uphold the law to the fullest extent to prosecute such individuals.
