This election marks the fifth time in our history that the candidate that lost the popular vote has won the election. If there was a sport where 7% of the time the losing team won, then the sport wouldn't be tolerated if the rule wasn't abolished completely. It is time to make the government by the people, for the people. Let the popular vote be the deciding factor of presidential elections.
