According to 18 U.S.C. 2311:
Domestic Terrorism:
Involves acts dangerous to human life that violate federal or state law
Appear intended to (i) to intimidate or coerce a civilian population; (ii) to influence the policy of a government by intimidation or coercion; or (iii) to affect the conduct of a government by mass destruction, assassination, or kidnapping.
I/We (American People) ask that these rioters from around the nation are investigated and if they are found to be funded and organized the companies/organizations should be classified as domestic terrorists and be held responsible for any damages to cities.
