We The People ask that President Barack Hussein Obama The Second, please step down as President of the United States.

President Obama has selectively refused to enforce laws that were passed by congress.
President Obama has overstepped his authority as President, by using executive orders on immigration, and gun control.
He lied when saying he would not add or increase taxes for the middle class and those who are low income families. The Supreme Court said that Obamacare is legal because it's a tax. Thus showing that Obama went back on his word.
As stated for the first grievance, we need a President that will enforce ALL LAWS passed by congress. Not just those he chooses. He has failed as Commander in Chief to uphold the Constitution thus failing to represent the people and failing to do his duty as Commander in Chief.
