We the people ask the federal government to Take or explain a position on an issue or policy:

We the People ask a special prosecutor to be nominated for the FBI investigations of Bill Clinton and Hillary Clinton.

Created by S.R. on July 05, 2016

There are clear conflicts of interest regarding the FBI's investigations into former U.S. President Bill Clinton (regarding the Clinton Foundation) and former Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton (regarding the Clinton Foundation and her use of private email servers while Secretary of State).

The current Attorney General, Loretta Lynch, cannot reasonably act without bias for the following reasons:

• Bill Clinton appointed Lynch to be United States Attorney for the Eastern District of New York in 1999;
• The same day President Obama announced his endorsement of Hillary Clinton, Lynch met with him at the White House;
• Both investigations likely involve peers close to Lynch;
• Bill Clinton met Lynch in secret the day before her faux-"reclusion" announcement.
