We the people ask The U.S.Congress to change the Service Connected Veteran' s life Insurance signed up period from the current requirement that a service Connected Veteran be sign up with in two years of his awarded service connection date for disability too allowing a Service Connected Veteran to sign up anytime after his Service Connection award date until his 65th birthday. And grandfather all Service Connected Veterans who were not previously eligible because they missed the 2 year deadline requirement ! And that the Insurance be reasonably price with guaranteed exceptance for Service Connected Veterans !
