Due to Identifying documents being needed in places to vote, and some peoples' inability to have them released, we need to find out how many people were not allowed or able to vote due to documentation issues and those peoples' votes need to be counted for the 2016 Presidential Election.
We should also consider voting for the Presidency as a vote of the Popular Opinion of the Populace, not a vote of State Hierarchies, as the Presidency is a Federal Power.
We ask that this committee be formed to address this issue not only for the election year of 2016 election but for every election thereafter.
