Add an addendum to the NFA(National Firearms Act http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/National_Firearms_Act) that includes assault weapons, proper storage of all firearms. Training and licensing for all gun owners. this type of legislation will not cost Americans their jobs it will create more jobs and provide for a safer gun owner and the public at large.
