The Super Bowl is a national event in which family and friends get together to share and have a good time. Super Bowl parties are held all around the country both in private residences as well as commercial locations. Even people that do not care about football attend Super Bowl parties. The day after the Super Bowl is one of little productivity because people are tired, sleep deprived or spend hours around the water cooler talking about the game and commercials. Therefore, we the people believe that creating a federal holiday the day after the Super Bowl will be fair because it will allow people to recover and chat about the game without interrupting the working process.
