Ackquille Pollard (Bobby Shmurda) is a resident of New York. He dropped the most fire song of 2014 with "Hot N*****" and then caught a gun charge. In this country we have been given the constitutional right to bear arms. Yes he should be given a consequence for his actions, but not 15 years in prison.
