The fact remain that there were no actual points to believe that bush actually knew what he was doing in 1963.There are implications that can be made that would state that if a person had no control in todays time; it is less likely that they had control ever. In reality the facts have changed drastically and today we can even hear him citing thing as in :no we way and other illogical statements of law enforcers seemingly the complete opposite.
