We the people for a Congressional ban on the use of Keemstar under the Biological and Toxin Weapons Convention, 1972

This petition will give congress the TEETH to crack down on youtubers who are a pain to the internet and the community at large. As a vital part of the national infrastructure, it is the federal government's job to keep the internet easy and safe for the masses. Preventing the proliferation of Keemstar is a way to that end.
