3 The working class can not support the lazy and foolish, if you get rid of welfare and other goverment hand outs you can save alot of tax money

6 Perform the only job of the federal goverment Requlate a military, trade with foregin nations and have courts only interpert the Constitution.
7 A juror should be trained in law and a full time job
