We the People demand 6 year mandatory term limits for representatives that serve our House and Senate.

Those whom 'serve' a lifetime in Congress are out of touch with The People and we have had enough. Imposing a mandatory 6 year term limit will place the people back in touch with, and in charge of, their U.S. Government by rotating those that serve. Those that serve then must live by the very laws and regulations they themselves pass. Elections should be held every 2 years to allow for change as needed, however the limit a representative can serve should be 6 years. This will restore the trust that has been lost in our Congress, and the system our founding fathers intended will return to renew our country. We have had enough of the "Career Politician". A term limit exists for the office of the President, therefore the same logic should apply for the same reasons.
