The latest data from immediately before the election now indicates that FBI Director Comey's letter (and subsequently U.S. Representative Chaffetz) had a direct effect on who won the most electoral votes in the U.S. Presidential Election, likely affecting the outcome. This is, even by the weakest of definitions, a potential Hatch Act violation. Historically, the Obama White House has been restrained in these types of investigations, but to preserve our democracy for the People, we implore you to appoint a special INDEPENDENT prosecutor to investigate the intentions of the Hatch Act violation by Director Comey and of Rep. Chaffetz, if legal to include him. We do NOT request a witch hunt, and we are aware this does not change the outcome of the election. We just want the rule of law upheld
