We the people demand that all foreign aid hence forth be submitted to the people to be voted on. The proposal should be presented, justified, and argued by the proposer. The proposal shall include a spreadsheet and breakdown of where all funds will be used by those receiving said foreign aid. Each proposal will be made available to the public in such ways as to provide mass saturation to ensure that a majority of the people are made aware of said proposal. This process will start in the same method as above with a vote on options as to how the people will be represented in all future voting on foreign aid. This is a basic attempt at changing policy so all amendments to this procedure will follow the same procedure as stated. All votes will require a 4/5 majority approval.
