Corruption in our law enforcement agencies has to end. We can no longer have "Police looking into Police crimes" It doesn't work. There has to be another outside source that looks into these matters that is in no way connected to the agencies at question. I propose the power lies in the peoples hands at all times. 13 people are randomly selected like jury duty to view the evidence against an officer/s that is suspect. If found there is sufficient evidence this moves to our justice system where evidence is presented to a judge. These 13 random people will take the place of the officer's co workers. I also propose officer complaint forms be kept at every city hall so a record of a repeat bad officers can be made. These forms being held where the officer works also doesn't work.
